Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange or refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer exchanges/refunds within 14 days of receipt of your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, full name and the product and size that you require. Exchanges will be issued once we have received the returned item in its original packaging and condition.
Sale items can be exchanged for another item of the same value, providing the item is returned unworn in its original condition.
If the received item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates. We are unable to cover the extra costs should you wish to use another service i.e. express, next day or via a courier.
If returning items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items without proof of postage.
If you have received an incorrect order please email email@example.com, quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
